Bishop Perez makes his first administrative staff appointments

The Most Reverend Nelson J. Perez, Bishop of the Diocese of Cleveland, has appointed Reverend Donald P. Oleksiak Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia for the Diocese of Cleveland.
