Asking for God’s wisdom to guide the legal community, Bishop Lennon celebrates the Red Mass

Bishop Richard Lennon along with clergy, members of the Catholic Lawyers Guild and other members of the legal community gathered to celebrate the Red Mass at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist.

Bishop Lennon explained that the Red Mass is a tradition in the Church to gather with justices, lawyers and others who assist in the legal profession to ask for God?s wisdom to guide their work.

The homilist was Fr. Gary Yanus, Judicial Vicar in the diocesan Tribunal.
