Children's Grief Awareness Day in Northeast Ohio - November 21

Did you know, nationally 1 in 20 children lose a parent before completing high school?  Children's Grief Awareness Day in Northeast Ohio is intended to promote greater awareness of the under acknowledged phenomenon of children's grief.

Catholic Cemeteries Association, Diocese of Cleveland is one of the sponsoring organizations of Children's Grief Awareness Day in Northeast Ohio.

This event will take place at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland, 6114 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland, OH.  Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland youth will engage in guided activities relating to children's grief, led by well-respected social services providers.  The formal program will commence at 5:00 p.m. with music, and remarks from community leaders.
