New Abbot elected for Saint Andrew Abbey

Fr. Christopher Schwartz, OSB, age 61, was elected the sixth abbot of Saint Andrew Abbey located in Cleveland, Ohio.  On the morning of June 10, 2008, the 28 voting members of Saint Andrew Abbey determined that he would succeed Abbot Clement Zeleznik, OSB, who had retired for health reasons.
