Cultivating the Pastor/Principal Relationship

If you are new to the role of pastor/administrator, a new principal or you have been in the role for a while and either the pastor or principal are new to the parish and or parish school this afternoon is designed specifically for you.

Dialogue between the pastor and principal is essential for fostering a unified vision in both the parish and school community. Their open and consistent communication ensures that the spiritual mission of the parish and the educational goals of the school are totally aligned. By sharing insights, addressing challenges together, and making collaborative decisions, the pastor and principal create a culture of trust and mutual support that strengthens the schools Catholic Identity. This partnership models healthy leadership and helps build a strong foundation for the students, staff, families and alumni they serve.
