Administration 101 for Lay Ecclesial Ministry Candidates

Pastoral Administration is not a necessary evil to be endured, but an authentic expression of discipleship and essential to the Church’s mission. The Administration 101 workshop will provide an essential foundation in leadership and management for lay ecclesial ministry candidates and those looking to enhance their skills. The workshop contains practical wisdom and procedures necessary for effective pastoral administration within the Diocese of Cleveland.

Presenter: Father Andy Turner was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Cleveland in 2006 and has ministered in parishes, parochial schools, and currently as the Rector-President of Borromeo and Saint Mary Seminaries. Before becoming a priest, he worked in management consulting for Ernst & Young LLP.
