YM Bootcamp: Neurodivergence & Special Needs

Join us for a conversation on how to best minister to teens with neurodivergence and/or special needs. It will include general information about neurodiversity, being comfortable with being uncomfortable, how to talk with parents, healthy boundaries to establish, how to empower volunteers and teen leaders to aid in accompaniment of those with special needs, and practical tips on how to minister to teens with neurodiversity/special needs.

Our presenters are Amy Kooser, former youth ministry Core Member, and mom of a son with special needs, and Rebecca Waul, Occupational Therapist (MOT, OTR/L), Owner & Founder of Good Nature Therapy Services.
